Chef Vincent Wu
“Real sushi is an art.”
With those words, a passionate and dedicated chef plies his skills at the sushi bar where he has spent nearly a decade perfecting the art of delectable displays.
Chef Vincent started at Akasaka in 1993 under the tutelage of Chef David. Moving from the kitchen to cooking tables and then to the sushi bar. He was David's best student, good friend and now partner in running Akasaka.
Vincent's mastery of the the art of sushi has led him to produce very grand and impressively beautiful arrangements which were the culinary centerpieces of numerous banquets and events.
Be sure to watch out for those carefully prepared splashes of colour, flavour and textures on your plate the next time you dine at Akasaka! |
